Admin Monitoring Dashboard

The admin monitoring dashboard gives you a fleet-level view across every organization you manage. It is designed to surface problems before customers notice them.

Dashboard panels

Fleet Health — An aggregate energy score across all organizations. This number should stay above 70. Below 60 means multiple organizations have accumulating governance debt.

Organization Status Grid — Each organization appears as a card with its current energy score, alert count, and last assessment timestamp. Click any card to drill into that organization.

Agent Fleet Status — A real-time view of all deployed monitoring agents across all organizations. Green = online, amber = degraded, red = offline.

Assessment Volume — A time-series chart of assessment throughput across all organizations. Sudden drops may indicate a Probe or SDK connectivity problem.

Filtering

Use the tier filter (Starter / Business / Enterprise) to focus the dashboard on a specific segment. Use the region filter to view organizations in a specific data residency region.

Incident view

When multiple organizations show simultaneous degradation, the Incidents tab helps you determine whether this is a shared infrastructure issue or independent problems.
