Admin Alert Management

The admin alert view aggregates alerts from every organization. This is your operational triage queue.

Alert severity levels

Admin-level alerts

Some alert types are admin-only and do not surface to organization users:

  • Infrastructure health degradation
  • Database capacity warnings
  • API gateway latency spikes
  • License expiration approaching
  • Agent version out of compliance

Alert routing for admins

Configure admin alert routing in Settings → Admin Notifications. Separate from organization-level routing — these go to your operations team, not to customers.

Escalation from customers

When a customer escalates a governance alert to you, use Alerts → View As Org to see exactly what the customer sees. This speeds up support resolution significantly.

Alert suppression at admin level

If a known infrastructure event is causing false alerts across multiple organizations (e.g., a scheduled maintenance window), you can suppress alert delivery for a specified time window from the admin console. Individual organization audit trails still record the events.
